Damyor – Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

At Damyor, we want you to have the best shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects and 7 days to request a return or refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Period: up to 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or refund.

  • Conditions: items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

To start a return, contact us at hello@damyor.com, providing your order number and reason. We will provide detailed instructions.

2. Warranty

All Damyor products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Items found defective within this period may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the case.

3. Non-returnable items

  • Final Sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

4. Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will request photos and your order number. You may choose between a replacement or full refund.
In these cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, request a refund and place a new order.

6. Shipping fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Damyor’s error or a defective product.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
